These terms and conditions apply to the TraXe app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices. The Application is created by duynk (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.
1. Independent Service Provider
The Application is an independent utility tool developed and managed by a private developer. It is NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or an official representative of any government agency, public entity, or state-run organization.
2. Third-Party Data Disclaimer
The Application may provide features that allow users to look up information available in the public domain.
Information Source: All data displayed via the lookup features is retrieved from publicly accessible third-party websites and databases. The Service Provider does not own, host, or maintain the underlying data.
No Warranty: The Service Provider provides this information "as is" for convenience only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or completeness of information provided by external third-party sources.
User Responsibility: Users are responsible for verifying any information with the respective official source. The Service Provider is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the information provided within the Application.
3. Usage and Intellectual Property
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, or attempts to extract the source code of the Application are strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
4. Data Storage and Security
The Application stores and processes data provided by you (such as vehicle nicknames or maintenance logs) to provide its services. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device. The Service Provider advises against "jailbreaking" or "rooting" your phone, as it may expose your device to security risks and cause the Application to malfunction.

5. Internet Connectivity
Certain functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application not functioning at full capacity due to lack of internet access or data limits from your mobile provider.

The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, experienced as a result of relying on the functionality of the Application or the data displayed from third-party sources.
7. Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application at any time. You agree to accept updates to continue using the service. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease using and delete the Application.
8. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are encouraged to review this page for changes.
